Hi! I'm Floor, a 21 year old cake artist and pastry chef from Amsterdam, currently based in Copenhagen. I started my pastry career 2 years ago at Kometen Brood where I fell in love with it. I did large scale production there, producing over 1500 items a day. During my time at Uncommon Amsterdam I learnt about precision, fermentation, and making pastries look like a piece of art. Now, along pastry chef Aryan Jafri, I'm going to continue my practice at Kani Bakery in Copenhagen. Besides working in bakeries I started my own cake business, specializing in whimsical, colorful designs.
